When you purchase a product on our website, we provide you with an order number (labelled Order#) or tracking number. With this number you can get all the updates about how far your order is.

Based on our company processing time, please allow up to 2business days to have your order details updated in our order system. You'll receive an email with your order tracking details as soon as your item is shipped from our warehouse. We are grateful for your patience.

We understand how important your order is, much as we cannot cancel or exchange an order once it has been shipped from our warehouse, you can always take advantage of our 30-Day no-hassle return policy to return the item for replacement as soon as the order is delivered to you.

You can track your package in three (3) ways;

1. Track your package via the jogoda website (you must enter your Order Number and Email Address). Click here.
   
2. In the Shipping Confirmation email, we give you a link to your tracking information. From there, you can keep yourself updated about your shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.
3. Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit USPS.com, OnTrac.com, or FedEx.com and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier’s website.

You can track your package internationally in three (3) ways:

1. Click here to track your package via the jogoda website (you must enter your Order Number and Email Address).
2. In the Shipping Confirmation email we sent you, we provide a link to your tracking information. From there, you can you can keep yourself updated about your shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.
3. If shipping internationally, you may enter the tracking number provided to you at the following website: https://epacketexpress.com (Note: The local carrier will be provided in the details of your tracking information.)

If you haven't got your order confirmation email within a few hours, please check your email spam. Depending on your email settings, some emails can end up in your email spam.

If you check in the email spam and still nothing is found then probably check the way you inputted your email. At times, emails can be miss-spelled.
