If for some reason you find that the product isn’t functioning well or has been damaged in the course of it’s being shipped to you, just send us a snapshot or a short video of the damaged item and we’ll immediately ship a replacement to you for free!


If you buy our products and find yourself unhappy about what you’ve bought, return the item to us and we’ll refund your money. To meet our refund policy, the product you bought should be unused and should be in the condition you got it. It should be sent back in its original packaging in which you received it.

For any shipping that is above $40, we advise that you purchase shipping insurance or use a trackable shipping service otherwise we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned product.

Once you are found eligible for a refund, your funds will be credited onto your credit card or method of payment that you used when purchasing the item. This might take some days.

In case you don’t see this refund being reflected on your credit card or payment account that you used to purchase the product, contact your credit card company or bank, it might take some time before your refund is reflected on your balance.

Since we’ve seasonal sales and clearance promotions, we’ll give a refund on items that have a regular price tag only. Unfortunately, Items that are bought under seasonal promotions like sale and clearance cannot be refunded.
